2. Principle
The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only the data we genuinely need.
3. Accessing the website (server log files)
When you access our website, the hosting provider automatically stores data in so-called server log files that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, the page accessed, the browser used and the operating system. This data serves exclusively the technical operation and security of the website and is not combined with other data.
Our website is hosted by: METANET AG, Josefstrasse 218, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland. Where required, a data processing agreement is in place with the provider.
4. Contact and daycare visit enquiries
The enquiry form on this website sends your details encrypted to our web server, which forwards them to us only as an email (kita@bambis.ch). Nothing is stored on the website itself. To prevent misuse of the form, the server counts for one hour how many enquiries come from your IP address. For this it stores only an anonymised checksum of the IP address, not the address itself.
The data you send us via the form, by email or phone (e.g. name, contact details, age of the child, preferred start date) is used exclusively to process your enquiry and to organise a daycare visit. We retain this data only for as long as is necessary for this purpose and do not pass it on to third parties.
5. Fonts
For a consistent display, the fonts used on this site (Fraunces, Nunito Sans, Caveat) are served locally from our own server. No connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts) is established, and no IP address is transmitted to third parties.
6. Map service (Google Maps)
On the contact page we embed a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; or Google LLC, USA). When the map is loaded, a connection is established to Google servers, whereby your IP address is transmitted and cookies may be set. The USA has an adequacy decision from the Swiss Federal Council; Google LLC is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which recognises an adequate level of data protection (FADP, Art. 16). 7. Cookies and statistics
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services (e.g. Google Analytics). No evaluation of your usage behaviour takes place.
8. External links and services
Our website links to the famly login (for current parents). When visiting this external site, the privacy provisions of the respective provider apply. We are not responsible for their content or data processing.
9. Your rights
Within the scope of the legal provisions, you have the right to:
- Information about the data processed concerning you
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion or restriction of processing
- Objection to processing
- Release or transfer of data (data portability)
